Regulation 4
Requirements for electronic transmissions
Before transmitting an electronic record under these Rules, a registered surveyor must ensure that he or she —
(a)
has in force a practising certificate issued under section 15 of the Land Surveyors Act 1991 authorising him or her to engage in survey work in Singapore;
(b)
is a subscriber; and
(c)
has in place an arrangement approved by the Chief Surveyor to pay for the relevant fees specified in the Schedule to the Boundaries and Survey Maps (Singapore Land Authority Fees) Rules 2005.
