Digital signatures to be used for electronic transmissions by Chief Surveyor

Regulation 6
Subregulation 1
An electronic record to be transmitted to the subscriber of a certificate by the Chief Surveyor under these Rules must be signed with a digital signature.
Subregulation 2
The digital signature must be capable of being verified by reference to the public key listed in the certificate issued to the Chief Surveyor.
