Regulation 7
Consent of land owner to be obtained
Subregulation 1
A subscriber intending to transmit a document in the form of an electronic record under these Rules must, if the Chief Surveyor so requires, obtain the consent of the owner of the land that is the subject of that document.
Subregulation 2
The Chief Surveyor may, at any time by notice in writing, require a subscriber to produce the consent mentioned in paragraph (1).
