Regulation 5
Subregulation 1
A subscriber transmitting an electronic record under these Rules must sign the document with his or her digital signature or an electronic signature as the Chief Surveyor may direct.
Subregulation 2
The digital signature must be capable of being verified by reference to the public key in the subscriber’s certificate.
