3. Conditions of use of public bus

A bus passenger —

must not be in an intoxicated or drugged state;

must not be in a condition such that the bus passenger’s dress or clothing is likely to —

soil or damage the public bus or the dress or clothing of another bus passenger of that public bus; or

cause injury to another bus passenger of that public bus; and

must comply with regulations 5 to 19,(called in these Regulations conditions of use).
