Regulation 27
Duty to notify Authority of changes
Subregulation 1
A licensed international market agent must notify the Authority of such changes as the Authority may, by notice in writing, require in relation to —
the licensed international market agent’s own situation;
any licensed international market agent representative in the employ of the licensed international market agent; or
any associate of the licensed international market agent.
Subregulation 2
A licensed international market agent representative must notify the Authority of such changes in his own situation as the Authority may, by notice in writing, require.
Subregulation 3
A notification under paragraph (1) or (2) must be submitted to the Authority within such time and in such form and manner as the Authority may require.
