Regulation 29

Records to be kept of casino marketing arrangement

Subregulation 1

A licensed international market agent must keep a record of every casino marketing arrangement organised, promoted or conducted by it, in such form and manner as the Authority may require, which must include ––

(a)

the following information relating to each international player on the casino marketing arrangement:

(i)

full name;

(ii)

date of birth;

(iii)

nationality;

(iv)

the address of his usual place of residence; and

(v)

an identity card number, a passport number, a taxpayer identification number or the number of any other document of identity issued by any government as evidence of the individual’s nationality or residence and bearing a photograph of the individual;

(b)

the date and time of arrival at the casino of the international players;

(c)

the names and licence numbers of the licensed international market agent representatives, if any, accompanying the international players;

(d)

the amount and type of any commission, rebate or complimentary given to each international player; and

(e)

such other information as the Authority may specify by notice in writing to the licensed international market agent in any particular case.

Subregulation 2

The licensed international market agent shall, whenever requested by the Authority to do so ––

(a)

produce to the Authority all records referred to in paragraph (1) and permit the examination of those records, the taking of extracts from them and the making of copies of them; and

(b)

furnish to the Authority all such information as the Authority may require in connection with any such records.
