Regulation 25
Duty of licensed international market agent to employ licensed international market agent representatives
A licensed international market agent shall not employ or use the services of a person to organise, promote or conduct a casino marketing arrangement within any casino premises unless that person is the holder of a valid international market agent representative licence.
