26. Prohibited linked jackpot arrangement

(1)

For the purposes of section 105(2)(c) of the Act, a linked jackpot arrangement which is operated and administered by any person other than a casino operator is prohibited. (2) A linked jackpot arrangement is operated and administered by a person if that person has control over the operation, maintenance or use of the linked jackpot equipment used in connection with the linked jackpot arrangement.

Subregulation 1

For the purposes of section 105(2)(c) of the Act, a linked jackpot arrangement which is operated and administered by any person other than a casino operator is prohibited.

Subregulation 2

A linked jackpot arrangement is operated and administered by a person if that person has control over the operation, maintenance or use of the linked jackpot equipment used in connection with the linked jackpot arrangement.
