37. Notice of oral hearing

Where a Committee of Assessors or a review committee decides to conduct an oral hearing for any application mentioned in this Part, the secretary or an officer of the Council must notify (by written notice or otherwise) every person requested by the Committee of Assessors or review committee (as the case may be) to attend the oral hearing, at least 10 days before the oral hearing date.
