Regulation 10
Defective notices of appeal
If the Minister considers that a notice of appeal —
(a)
is not lodged in accordance with rule 9; or
(b)
is unduly prolix or lacking in clarity,the Minister may, without affecting rule 19, give any directions to the appellant that are necessary to remedy the notice and to give the Commissioner of Police a copy of the amended notice of appeal.
