Regulation 18
Failure to comply with time limits, etc.
Subregulation 1
Without limiting rule 19, the Minister may refuse any appeal that is incomplete or not made in accordance with these Rules.
Subregulation 2
The Minister may disregard any notice, response, document or other thing given to the Minister after the expiry of the time limit for the giving of the notice, response, document or other thing imposed by this Part or under any provision of this Part.
