Regulation 14
If the Minister considers that a response —
(a)
is not sent to him or her in accordance with rule 13; or
(b)
is unduly prolix or lacking in clarity,the Minister may give such directions to the person who signed the response as may be necessary to remedy the response and to give the appellant a copy of the amended response.
