Definitions
In this Order —“applicable provisions of the Employment Act” means the provisions of the Employment Act 1968 mentioned in section 12(2) and (3) of the principal Act, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications prescribed in paragraph 3(1) and (2)(a), (b) and (c);“principal Act” means the Child Development Co-Savings Act 2001.
