Section 105
All the powers which may be exercised under this Act by a Juvenile Court in respect of a child or young person may in like manner be exercised by any other court by or before which a child or young person is found guilty of an offence, or by or before which a person has been found guilty of any offence involving bodily injury to a child or young person.
