Place of sitting and persons who may be present
(1)
A Youth Court is to sit as often as may be necessary for the purpose of exercising any jurisdiction conferred on it by this or any other Act.
(2)
A Youth Court is to sit either in a different building or room from that in which sittings of courts other than Youth Courts are held, or on different days from those on which sittings of the other courts are held, and no person may be present at any sitting of a Youth Court except —
members and officers of the Court;
parties to the case before the Court, their solicitors and counsel and witnesses and other persons directly concerned in that case; and (c)such other persons, including representatives of newspapers or news agencies, as the Court may specially authorise to be present.[34
