Section 52

Any child or young person or his or her parent or guardian, or the Director‑General or a protector, who is dissatisfied with any judgment or order of a Youth Court may appeal to the General Division of the High Court against the judgment or order in accordance with the provision of any law in force for the time being regulating appeals to the General Division of the High Court from a District Court.[48
