Fee for and duration of licence

On the issue or renewal of a licence, the licensee must pay a fee of such amount as may be prescribed.

Unless earlier revoked, a licence is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of its issue or such shorter period as may be specified in the licence in any particular case.[52C
