Effect of cancellation, revocation or suspension of licence

(1)
Where the licence of a home for children and young persons is cancelled under section 72, or revoked or suspended under section 73, the home ceases to be used as such with effect from the date on which the licence is cancelled, revoked or suspended, as the case may be.

To avoid doubt, subsection (1) has effect despite any appeal by the licensee to the Minister under section 76.[52M
