Section 77

any home for children and young persons which is operated by the Government;

any early childhood development centre licensed under the Early Childhood Development Centres Act 2017;

any school which is registered under the Education Act 1957;

any home for children and young persons which is, and is operated exclusively as, an approved institution under the Probation of Offenders Act 1951;

any place where a child or young person is being cared for by a parent, family member or foster parent; and

such other home for children and young persons as may be prescribed.
