Regulation 1
These Regulations are the Children and Young Persons (Review Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulations 2(b), (c), (e) and (g), 5 and 7, come into operation on 1 July 2026.

Regulations 2(b), (c), (e) and (g), 5 and 7 are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations are the Children and Young Persons (Review Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulations 2(b), (c), (e) and (g), 5 and 7, come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Subregulation 2
Regulations 2(b), (c), (e) and (g), 5 and 7 are deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
