Regulation 6
In the principal Regulations, replace regulations 7 to 10 with —“Quorum7.—
(1)
The quorum for a meeting of the Review Board is 3 members.
(2)
The quorum for a meeting of a committee of the Review Board is 3 members of the committee.
(3)
No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Review Board or any of its committees if a quorum is not present.”.
