Regulation 37
Subregulation 1
No person shall leave, or cause or permit to be left, any material, handling or transporting equipment, refuse or litter on any roadway, driveway or vehicular ramp, or in any other part of the airside.
Subregulation 2
Every person on the premises of the airside shall obey the lawful directions given by an authorised person to remove any material, handling or transporting equipment, refuse or litter.
Subregulation 3
Every person authorised by the airport licensee to carry out work on any roadway, driveway or vehicular ramp, or in any other part of the airside shall ensure that the working area is kept clean and tidy.
