Failure to exercise due care and attention
of Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) By-laws 2009
Subregulation 1
Any person who drives a vehicle or operates any equipment within the airside shall do so with due care and attention and with reasonable consideration for other persons in the airport.
Subregulation 2
Where a person drives a vehicle or operates any equipment in contravention of paragraph (1), the airport licensee may suspend for such period as the airport licensee sees fit any driving permit issued to that person under these By-laws on the ground that it would not be in the interests of public safety for him to hold a driving permit.
Subregulation 3
Paragraph (2) shall not affect the liability of the person concerned to be prosecuted for a contravention of paragraph (1).
