5. Provision of public shelters in non-residential buildings owned by statutory boards
Feedback & supportThe Commissioner may require any statutory board to provide a public shelter in accordance with the specifications in any new non‑residential building which is owned by the statutory board and the statutory board must comply with the Commissioner’s requirement.
