Clause 5
In the CD Shelter Act, in section 28(1) —
(a)
after paragraph (c), insert —“(ca)in relation to the certification of regulated shelter products —
(i)
to prescribe the duties of accredited certification bodies;
(ii)
to prescribe the duties of a local representative appointed by a foreign person to whom a certificate of conformity is issued; and
(iii)
to prescribe the duties of a person to whom a certificate of conformity is issued;”; and
(b)
after paragraph (f), insert —“(fa)to prescribe the procedure for the Appeal Advisory Board;
(fb)to prescribe the procedure for, or any other matter relating to, an appeal to the Minister;”.
