In the Civil Defence Shelter Act 1997 (called in this Part the CD Shelter Act), in section 2(1), after the definition of “public shelter”, insert —“ “regulated shelter product” means any equipment prescribed as such that is installed or to be installed in a household shelter or storey shelter;”.
