36. Model constitution

Amended

Last amended by an amending law of 2014.

(1)

The Minister may prescribe model constitutions for —

(a)

private companies; and

(b)

companies limited by guarantee,(called in this section and section 37 specified companies).

(2)

Different model constitutions may be prescribed for different descriptions of specified companies.
