Copies of constitution
(1)
A company must, on being so required by any member, send to the member a copy of the constitution (if any) subject to payment of $5 or such lesser sum as is fixed by the directors.
(2)
Where an alteration is made in the constitution of a company, a copy of the constitution must not be issued by the company after the date of alteration unless —
the copy is in accordance with the alteration; or
a copy of the order or resolution making the alteration is annexed to the copy of the constitution and the particular clauses affected are indicated.

If default is made in complying with this section the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be guilty of an offence.
