Companies (Registers of Controllers, Nominee Directors, Nominee Shareholders, and Members of Foreign Companies) Regulations 2017

These Regulations are the Companies (Registers of Controllers, Nominee Directors, Nominee Shareholders, and Members of Foreign Companies) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 31 March 2017.

In these Regulations, “identity card” has the meaning given to it in section 2(1) of the National Registration Act 1965.
