Regulation 10E

Prescribed form and manner of lodgment

For the purposes of section 386ANA(3) of the Act, any lodgment under section 386ANA(2) of the Act must be made using the electronic transaction system established under Part 6A of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004.
