Representation
In proceedings before the Board, a party may be represented by —
(a)
an advocate and solicitor named in the register of practitioners and having in force a practising certificate issued under the Legal Profession Act (Cap. 161); or
(b)
any other person allowed by the Board to appear on behalf of that party.
