This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 24 June 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Fifth Schedule

In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025 (G.N. No. S 415/2025), in the Fifth Schedule —

(a)

under the heading “Departments”, after item 3, insert —“4.Office of the Commissioner of Online Safety”; and

(b)

under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1, after paragraph (4), insert —“(4A)Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 (Parts 1 to 9 and section 111)”.

reg 3Amendment of Eleventh Schedule

In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025, in the Eleventh Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1, after paragraph (23), insert —“(23A)Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 (Parts 10 to 15 but not section 111)”.
