In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025 (G.N. No. S 415/2025), in the Fifth Schedule —
(a)
under the heading “Departments”, after item 3, insert —“4.Office of the Commissioner of Online Safety”; and
(b)
under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1, after paragraph (4), insert —“(4A)Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 (Parts 1 to 9 and section 111)”.
