In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025, in the Eleventh Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 1, after paragraph (23), insert —“(23A)Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 (Parts 10 to 15 but not section 111)”.
