Interpretation of this Part

In this Part —“amendment Act” means the Copyright (Amendment) Act 2004;“appointed day” means 1st January 200510;10 Date of commencement of the Copyright (Amendment) Act 2004 (Act 52 of 2004).“performance” has the same meaning as in section 246(1).
