Section 272

Section 261 shall only apply to an action brought in respect of any act referred to in section 260(2), (3) or (4) which is carried out on or after the appointed day, and section 261, as it was in force immediately before that day, shall continue to apply to an action brought in respect of any act referred to in section 260 as it was in force immediately before that day which is carried out before that day as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
