486. Constitution of Tribunals
Feedback & supportSubject to this Act, a Tribunal is constituted by —
Tribunal
Defined · s 7
“Copyright Tribunal” or “Tribunal” means a Copyright Tribunal established under this Act;
(a)
the president, or a deputy president designated by the president, who is to be the presiding member; and
(b)
2 other members selected by the president from the panel.
