498. Other provisions on procedure

A Tribunal is to conduct proceedings with as little formality, and with as much expedition, as the requirements of this Act and a proper consideration of the matters before the Tribunal permit.

“Copyright Tribunal” or “Tribunal” means a Copyright Tribunal established under this Act;

Subject to this Act, a Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.
