84. What is the body administering an educational institution

body administering an educational institution
Defined · s 7
“body administering an educational institution” has the meaning given by section 84;
(a)
if the institution is a body corporate — the institution; or
(b)
in any other case — the body or person (including the Government) having ultimate responsibility for administering the institution.
