91. What is a public collection

(a)
the National Archives;

“National Archives” has the meaning given by section 2 of the National Library Board Act 1995;
(b)
the collections of the National Heritage Board prescribed to be public collections by the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Board;

“National Heritage Board” means the National Heritage Board established by the National Heritage Board Act 1993;
(c)
the permanent collection of a library; or
(d)
an archive.
