Clause 86

Amendment of Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act

The Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 21(1)(a)Section 27(1), (2) and (3); and

(b)

by deleting the words “in execution under the order” in the following provision and substituting the words “under or pursuant to an enforcement order”:Section 28A(4).
