Clause 89

Amendment of Business Trusts Act

The Business Trusts Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “execution” in the following provision and substituting the words “an enforcement order”:Section 4(2)(h);

(b)

by deleting the word “leave” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 41(3)Section 42(1), (4) and (5);

(c)

by deleting the words “execution was issued on” in the following provision and substituting the words “an enforcement order was issued to enforce”:Section 46(2)(b); and

(d)

by deleting the words “execution has been returned unsatisfied” in the following provision and substituting the words “enforcement order has been returned unsatisfied”:Section 46(2)(b).
