Clause 87
The Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a subpoena for production” in the following provision and substituting the words “an order to produce documents”:Section 96(3);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “stay of execution” in the following provision, the words “or enforcement”:Section 98(3);
(c)
by deleting the word “leave” wherever it appears in the following provision and substituting in each case the word “permission”:Section 120(1); and
(d)
by deleting the words “originating summons” in the following provision and substituting the words “originating application”:Section 124(1).
