Section 243

The High Court and all courts from which an appeal is taken in any criminal matter shall, in all cases of appeal to the Judicial Committee, conform to, execute and carry into immediate effect such judgments and orders as the Judicial Committee makes thereupon in such manner and by such procedure as any original judgment, decree or order of such court can or may be executed.[242
