Section 249
When section 247 has been complied with, the court appealed from shall transmit to the High Court and to the Public Prosecutor or to the respondent or his advocate, as the case may be, a signed copy of the record of the proceedings and of the grounds of the decision together with a copy of the notice and of the petition of appeal.[248
