Grounds for reversal of judgment, etc., of District Court or Magistrate’s Court
No judgment, sentence or order of a District Court or Magistrate’s Court shall be reversed or set aside unless it is shown to the satisfaction of the High Court that the judgment, acquittal, sentence or order was either wrong in law or against the weight of the evidence, or, in the case of a sentence, manifestly excessive or inadequate in the circumstances of the case.[260
