Interpretation
In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires —“inquiry” means an investigation as to the cause of any death held by a Coroner;“institution” means any place in which under any written law any person is or may be detained;“medical officer” means any pathologist or any medical officer in charge of any hospital;“view” includes the making of any necessary external examination.[270
