Costs
(1)
The High Court shall have full power in all proceedings under Part VII to award such costs to be paid by or to the parties thereto as the Court thinks fit.
(2)
Costs awarded to be paid by the Public Prosecutor shall be provided out of the Consolidated Fund and be payable by the Accountant-General, and the Public Prosecutor shall not be personally liable for them.
(3)
Costs awarded to be paid to the Public Prosecutor shall be paid by the party ordered to pay them into the Consolidated Fund.[261
