305. Custody of proceedings
Feedback & supportThe Public Prosecutor shall from time to time cause to be delivered to the Registrar of the Supreme Court the proceedings upon all inquiries transmitted to him and thereupon the Registrar shall take charge of those proceedings and shall keep a proper index of them. [304
